Fees depend on the agreed scope, timing, deliverables, and requirements. Payments may cover work already scheduled, performed, or committed.

A refund may be considered depending on the service agreement, work already completed, third-party commitments, and the circumstances of the request. Refunds are not automatic.

Work already completed, approved deliverables, reserved time, and non-recoverable third-party costs may not be refundable where permitted by the applicable agreement.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change a service. The applicable agreement will guide notice, timing, and any remaining payment obligations.
